Meet Pawan S Rana, the founder of Victory Hotels, a visionary leader with over 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Born and raised in Salwal, Karnal, Haryana, Rana embarked on his culinary journey across renowned hotel chains such as ITC Hotels, Intercontinental, Taj Hotels, and Hilton Hotels, before venturing into Sri Lanka. During his tenure at Taj Hotels and Hilton Hotels in Sri Lanka, Rana showcased his culinary expertise, earning accolades such as the Gold Medal in the Chef Guild of Lanka Culinary Competition. His culinary creations have been featured in esteemed publications like Times of India, Hindustan Times, and Business Today. In January 2021, Rana embarked on a new venture by founding Victory Hotels, where he started managing a group of Hotels & Resorts. With his Rajput lineage and a family deeply rooted in defense, Rana brings a unique blend of tradition and innovation to his hospitality endeavors. Rana's mission is to provide exceptional experiences to guests, rooted in the rich heritage of Indian hospitality. His dedication to excellence has earned him prestigious awards and recognition in the industry, making Victory Hotels a beacon of luxury and hospitality.

Meet Vittal Jadhav, a dynamic force in the hospitality industry with over two decades of experience. Starting his journey with a bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management from Hyderabad, he has ascended through the ranks and in 2021 he became Co-founder of Victory Hotels group, he has spearheaded operations across a group of hotels & resorts, fostering talent and driving excellence. With numerous accolades, including the esteemed 'Budget Achievement Award,' his extensive network and dedication to employee development continue to fortify the hospitality landscape. His visionary leadership and commitment to excellence make him a driving force in the industry.
